Here are two different decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in the same case. In the first decision from 2024, the court claims that the application did not meet the 4 month recuirment.
When this discision turn out to be false through receipts from Post Nord the Court change the decision and referred to an unknow case of the same nature.
Här redovisas två olika beslut av European Court of Human rights i samma mål. I det första beslutet från 2024 hävdar domstolen att ansökan inte uppfyllde 4 månaders kravet.
Då detta visade sig vara falskt genom redovisade mottagningsbevis från Post Nord ändrade domstolen beslutet och hänvisade till ett okänt mål av samma karaktär.
 
Domstolen vägrade att lämna ut de efterfrågade handlingarna som skall ge svar på om värdlandet dvs Konungariket Sverige påverkat processen genom Justitiekanslern.
The Court refuse to release requested documents that would provide an answer to wether the houst country had influenced the process through the Chancellor of Justice of Sweden.
